2. Physical Training and Liability
Martial arts training involves inherent physical risks. While we prioritize safety and proper supervision, participation in classes at PA Shotojuku Dojo carries the risk of injury. Information provided on this website regarding techniques, training, or physical conditioning is for educational purposes only.
Important: All students must sign a physical liability waiver and medical release form in person before participating in any trial classes or officially enrolling in the dojo. This website does not replace or act as that waiver.
3. Class Policies
- The dojo reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who disrupts the training environment or violates the dojo's code of conduct.
- Class schedules and instructors are subject to change without prior notice.
- Students are expected to arrive on time and in proper, clean attire (Gi).
4. Intellectual Property
The content, organization, graphics, design, and other matters related to the website are protected under applicable copyrights and intellectual property laws. The PA Shotojuku seal, name, and logo are the property of the dojo.
5. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on this website. Your continued use of the website after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
